Veronica is an old soul who grew up in the rainy state of WA. She is a honors graduate from The University of Columbia Chicago, where she received her bachelors in Art Direction and Advertising. Veronica has a passion for developing scribbles to the big idea, and loves to bring smiles to those around her. She takes artistic inspiration from creatives like Hayao Miyazaki and Rebecca Sugar. Her hobbies range from working on illustrations, playing video games, hiking, gardening, and creating music. She loves 70’s Japanese Retro Funk. Ravneet is a vibrant creative spirit with roots in the scenic city of Bellingham, WA. She’s a soon-to-be Toronto transplant, bringing her Pacific Northwest charm across borders. With a background in brand and product management, Ravneet combines sharp strategy with a love for storytelling. Ravneet finds joy in empowering others through beauty, bold ideas, and community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and exploring the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.

Justin Shank is a marketing expert specializing in digital marketing strategy, social media, and marketing technologies. He helps clients integrate social media and digital marketing into the overall strategic marketing plan. He enjoys working with tribes and business owners by implementing marketing strategies proven to grow their businesses and navigate the ever-changing world of digital marketing.

In his free time, he loves enjoying the outdoors with his lovely wife and new puppy!

Outside of work Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, their three dogs, playing golf, and reading.
