What kind of commitment is it like working with Shank Marketing?

With us, you have the option to go “month-to-month” or you can decide to sign an annual contract (for a discount!). If you’re on the fence about taking the jump with a marketing agency, our 30 day notice policy makes it way less intimidating.

How do I contact the team working on my account?

With us, no matter the size of your business you will be paired up with one of our Account Directors like Abby or Jordan. From there, you’re able to call, text, or email your team directly with any questions or updates. In addition to your Account Director, you will also have the contact information of the rest of the crew.

Are you available for one off projects?

Yes! Our team is always available to help with projects as they pop up. If you have a project that you need help with, our team will set up a discovery call to figure out exactly what you need. We will then be able to provide you with a quote.

What is pricing like?

We’ve made a name for ourselves for being fair, honest, and easy to work with. With this in mind we always price our services competitively without sacrificing quality and attention. Because our plans are created specifically for each client, we do not have a “standard rate.” If you’d like a quote please let us know a little more about what you’re looking for here and we will get back to you ASAP!

Do you have plans for me to take a look at?

We don’t offer “cookie cutter” plans, with us we take the time to understand your specific goals and opportunities for success. From there we will work within your budget to create the perfect plan.
